I find it extremely annoying especially when I open it from a push notification. When I close the popup the information I want to see disappears and the home screen opens. Really bad ux. ### 2/5 — Frustrating user experience *2025-09-21, version 25.3.1003* I’ve been using this app for a while now, and I really feel like the bank needs to invest more effort into improving the user experience. The flows are unnecessarily complicated, and at times, it feels like basic banking tasks are impossible to complete. There are several steps where the app simply doesn’t let you proceed, which is incredibly frustrating. Compared to other apps like Revolut, this one really falls short. Not only does it fail to provide a smooth experience, but sometimes it feels like it’s actively getting in the way of simple transactions. It’s a shame, because otherwise i really like Unicredit, and their products. But both the mobile app and internet banking need a lot of work to be functional and user-friendly. Hoping the team listens to feedback and makes some much-needed improvements soon! ### 2/5 — Not so usable *2025-04-14, version 25.2.50* Hi, Would it be possible to put a similar function like OTP, or all the other apps, to see the balance without signing in? Very annoying that it needs to be done always only to see my balance. ### 2/5 — Regular re-registrations needed *2024-11-26, version 5.48.17* It’s a banking app, does what it’s supposed to mostly. Lately it keeps forgetting the token, and requires a full re-tegistration every couple of days. Extremely irritating. ### 2/5 — It keeps loading and doesn’t open *2024-10-29, version 5.48.16* It’s always one thing or another with this app lately. Recently, it just keeps loading and never opens or when it finally does, it locks you out all of a sudden. Take note of this if you make transactions often, it may decide “not today”. ### 3/5 — Crashes on iOS 12 after update *2024-08-27, version 5.46.13* This app was working fine on my older iPhone 6s iOS 12.5 till the last update. Now it doesn’t open after the update and I am unable to make online transactions where I need to approve from the app. Kindly fix it as soon as possible! ### 2/5 — Bug in transactions *2024-08-17, version 5.46.13* If I check my transactions, some item don’t have the name of the partner or at least a bank account. I figured out it’s the Csoportos beszedesi megbizas related items. As myself also working on mobile banking applications, this is unacceptable and should be considered to release a hotfix immediately, however this bug is present for month now. ### 2/5 — It does the job, but that’s it *2024-04-04, version 5.44.10* I switched from OTP to UniCredit and it feels like I travelled back 15 years in time. The app does the job, but the widgets don’t work, there’s a lot of redundancy in the processes, not intuitive at all, neither aesthetic. They don’t make use of the fact, that the app is being displayed on a touchscreen. No swiping actions, etc. As I said, it does the job just fine, but don’t expect smoothness at all. ### 1/5 — Search history *2022-07-05, version 5.30.15* The app would be a solid average, but the fact that you cannot search transaction history based on counter party name is a joke. Hopefully. Please please divide the account number Into 8 digit sections! Like everywhere in the app. This is such a basic thing to have. My brain is melting down trying to figure out the account numbers. I know it can be copied but still! Also, why on earth does it have to be in IBAN format by default? I rarely need the IBAN number and it just makes the account number even longer. I mean, it’s nice to have it but not by default. It’s great that you have templates. I would use them often. In the eBanking website these templates have “Nickname” and “Beneficiary name” which is really useful, BUT these Nicknames don’t appear at the eBanking app. Why?? This is awful… I have friends that have multiple bank accounts, and I can’t distinguish which one should I send the money to. Because the app only displays the Beneficiary name and it’s the same at all of these accounts. I hope you can improve these small things, it would make my life much easier while using the app. ### 1/5 —  pay *2021-10-08, version 5.25.30* Apple Pay not workin! Because of this I can give only 3 stars. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Advertisements make the app unusabe *2025-11-04, version 25.4.29* Update: I have tried the link was provided by the developer’s answer, but it is like an informational page to get description from all the services of the bank. There is no opportunity to attach a screensot of an issue. I think I figured out what was causing the problem: there are push notifications “Outgoing amount from the account” in Hungarian: “ Értesítés kimenő összegről” which are absolutely unnecessary, because they are not contains any information, and if the user clicks on them she/he can not see any information regarding the transaction. These notifications like clickbaits redirects the bank application’s site and can show advertisements for the user. The old message below: Basically it works, but when I receive a notification about an incoming or outgoing transaction and tap on it to open the app, a full-screen advertisement completely prevents me from seeing the reason for the notification. Dear Developers, wouldn’t it be possible to make sure that ads do not interfere with the use of the mobile application? ### 1/5 — Network error *2025-04-19, version 25.2.50* Poor flunctionality, regular slow working, sometimes network error while other apps work, so not internet problem. ### 1/5 — MDM restrictions *2025-03-13, version 25.2.50* My iPhone has MDM - mobile device management - restrictions in place. Because of that I can not use this banking app on my new iPhone. Do you plan to fix this in the future? I opened an account because the company I work for is in partnership with Unicredit. However, I cannot use the application as the developers forbid it on the company phone and IT at the company said that the MDM should not be a problem and it could only be handled on the bank’s side to remove this issue. Other banking apps works fine. However one thing to improve on. Why the account number displayed with IBAN and not divided into 8 section? Confusing and I cannot simply copy paste without modifying it. Nobody use it like this at lease not within the country. Why it cannot be like every else and add IBAN number as an extra info separately.
