Most of the time it’s frustratingly slow to load. Also, if possible, please update: - balance immediately after each transaction - refresh transaction list instantly with the latest activity. Currently, these updates often appear only after several hours or even the next day. ### 3/5 — Feedback *2025-07-01, version 25.3.25* If I set up face recognition, it’s not working, or it changes after a while. O do not like to go to settings again, to chose my preferences. This is not a security thing, it’s just bad app ### 2/5 — Stuck in the 1900s *2025-01-30* Only useful for the simplest transactions. If you have to change your telephone number it requires a trip to a branch. What is the point of a secure app, if even the simplest transaction means filling PAPER work and traveling to a bank branch. It is pathetic that a bank cannot figure out a way to get its procedures into the 21st century. The app is only useful to generate a pin for the desktop site. The update of the transactions related to my house credit is in delay sometimes up to 3 days. ### 2/5 — Poor connectivity with some payment sites *2023-12-17, version 5.42.25* Many times payment through sites such as PayU doesn’t work, without any notice, error or communication from the app. On the contrary, the app confirms successful payment but the seller site doesn’t. I enable online payments, but it won’t work. If you relogin you can confirm that even though you just enabled it, it shows up as disabled, and I cannot use it, gets declined. App crashes if you change to a different tab. Time to look what happened with the app. This could have very serious consequences if I am travelling: I cannot turn on or off the card, literally cant use my money. If I leave it on all the time I might be exposed to online theft. Update: I worked around by logging into the web platform. Changing to the “Payments” tab still crashes. Sent an email to that address when I first created the review. If the issues are fixed I will change my current app rating. Thanks. ### 1/5 — Schimbă pachetul contului taxând eronat *2024-06-25, version 5.45.19* Mi-au schimbat pachetul pentru contul curent fără nicio notificare… profund dezamăgit, momentan sunt taxat cu 15 lei lunar degeaba! Plănuiesc să renunț la serviciile lor și să rămân doar cu contul de BCR ### 1/5 — Cont comun? *2024-06-07, version 5.43.22* Am făcut împuternicire pe cont pentru soție și am emis card suplimentar. Pe lângă faptul ca se completează hârtii și se fac copii pe acte ca acum 10 ani, tot trebuie să dau telefoane la call center și să fac drumuri la bancă inutil. Aparent soția vede contul și cardurile atașate contului comun dar nu poate înrola cardul în Apple Wallet. De la call center mi s-a spus ca trebuie creat user suplimentar la contul meu (o absurditate) pentru ca numai așa e posibil să pună cardul în wallet. Pe lângă faptul că eu nu mai pot folosi cardul la plăți la POS, acum nici soția nu a reușit cu cardul suplimentar, deși este activat. Eu pot plăti doar cu telefonul! Dezamăgire totală! Dați senzația ca vreți să reinventați plata cu cardul și Apple Pay. ### 1/5 — Impossible to activate mobile banking *2024-05-03, version 5.43.22* Mobile banking cannot be activated without calling call center, even though there are 2 options available when opening the app. This is happening each time you update the app or change phone… it is very frustrating to have these options, but they don’t work! ### 1/5 — good application but careless employees *2023-12-31, version 5.42.25* I went to the bank 2 months ago because I can no longer see on the app how much money I have on my card and they told me they would fix it. After I saw that time was passing and nothing was being resolved, I went to them again and they told me that I was on the waiting list and that it would take more time. After a month I went again and they told me the same lies as before which now I no longer believe. I think I will get a card at another bank. ### 1/5 — One of the worst banking apps in Romania *2023-12-05, version 5.41.27* * huge delay in seeing processed payments on the credit card * can’t export csv of payments * unclear what the total “to pay” amount is counting while you have processing payments - sometimes it counts payments that are still showing as processing, sometimes it doesn’t * sometimes the processing payments disappear completely * finance report shows paying for the credit card as an expense, while also counting the expenses themselves (double counting) You should be ashamed to work on this product. I’m sorry. There is so much you could fix.
