Worse system I ever bought, always going down ,currently on but no access. Look like I have to do a hard reboot again.

9/25/18 Now uniden states they are no longer updating for iOS use. So you buy a product and they don’t continue the updates. It’s not like this is a $5 piece of equipment. So pretty much you spend $300-400 and it doesn’t work. 

App connects to my system maybe 10% of the time the other 90% of the time is says unable to connect to device. 
You call customer service and they don’t know anything, they tell you expect an email in 24-48 hours and nothing.
Meanwhile you pay for a system that doesn’t work because I want to be able to monitor my home when I’m away from it.

You guys are a big failure. I have called so many times and always get the run around. You guys never fix the issue with it not working over mobile data. What a joke your company is

No longer works and really their IT department hasn’t made in update in 2 years. Worthless.

Uniden support promised me a month ago that they would release an update. They have updated most of their software, but not this one. Are they dropping this product which I bought six months ago?

Mostly decent software except I cannot get the most important feature to work. The reason I installed the system is so that I can see when anyone enters my back yard. Mostly because of poorly written instructions I cannot get the push Notification to work. I want to know as soon as the camera starts to record so that I can look at the video. Kind of useless without this feature. 
I have left a message on the Uniden site asking for help. No response I guess they only want to sell their equipment to you but not 
Interested in helping when u have a problem with it.

So far I don't have many complaints other than the fact that I do not get any notifications when there's an alarm/alert. This is a feature that's pretty important. What good is it, if it alarms and don't notify me...😒
