## What is Unifi UC?

Unifi UC is the mobile application for the Unified Communications Solution, designed to help businesses manage incoming and outgoing business calls using one official business number.


With Unifi UC, authorized employees can answer business landline calls on their mobile devices. This helps businesses stay reachable even when staff are working remotely or away from the office.


Incoming calls to the business number can ring on multiple authorized users, reducing missed calls and improving customer responsiveness. Outgoing calls made through the app display the official business number, ensuring customers always recognize the business they are communicating with.
