It immediately eased my nerves as I was able to connect with people who were attending the same course or were in the same accom as me. They have a few promoters saying it’s good and to buy the yearly pass before it’s gone so I did for first year of uni. Got little to no discounts and especially not at the places I (or most people) were going to so not even close to worth it in my opinion. Definitely didn’t make my money back and 100% cancelled after I used it. Shouldn’t have bought it for a year but that was on me to be honest. **Developer response:** Hi Ary, we’re sorry you didn’t feel like the card was worth it last year. Rest assured it’s far superior this year and we only work with the top rated venues in the cities we are currently live in. So now they are just taking my money… ### 1/5 — Terrible customer service and bugs *2024-09-18* I downloaded the app last year and it worked perfectly giving me great deals. I redownloaded the app a month ago, as I restarted uni. I have paid for the subscription 2 consecutive months but I am still unable to use the pass. I reached out on Instagram and they said they would fix the bug. A few days later they told me they have fixed the bug yet nothing changed on my end. I have reached out again multiple times via email and Instagram for 2 weeks now with no response. Best wishes, Unifi Team ### 1/5 — Won’t let me verify my email *2024-09-09* I had issues finding the verification email, and by the time I found it, the link expired. There’s no place to send another verification link, so i emailed customer support. I’ve contacted customer support twice, which is the only option given for support and i haven’t been responded to in over 5 days. I’m moving into university and was looking forward to using this app, but it looks like I won’t be getting in anytime soon. Maybe there should be an option added so this isn’t an issue? Or maybe i’m missing something. Not too sure. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2024-07-18, version 4.5.6* I’m trying see who’s on my course on the discover section freshers and years above and it won’t let me scroll down to pick my course it just shows it’s loading and it’s been like that for long.
