Get with the times! ### 1/5 — Unable to check bank account *2020-06-22, version 19.3.30* Almost every time I try to check my bank account I get an error about validating my information. Not sure what the point is in having a banking app if you can never get in to see your account balance. This is terrible and needs to be fixed if you can fix it then why even have the app. This is the most annoying thing ever to try and check accounts and it not even work. Please fix the app or get remove the app. Not sure why it’s been months since it’s been up and running and a problem like this still has yet to be fixed. ### 1/5 — Can’t access *2020-04-19, version 19.3.30* I have not been able to log into my account since Tuesday night. Keeps saying validating information, wouldn’t bother me to much but we are on lockdown and can’t just go into the bank to see what are pending or posted on our accounts. They never seem to work/download. The app is constantly needing fixed and the side apps they want you to use are always changing/needing fixed as well. Add mobile check cashing, please. *2021-08-02, version 21.1.30* One feature I used frequently with my previous bank was mobile check cashing via their app (take a photo of the check to deposit it). Please add this feature if possible. This needs to be changed. It’s hard to do banking like that. It would be easier for me to do it online instead. Update. I see that this app closing too soon has not been fixed. Please address this. Charges often show up days after the fact making what it shows in app untrustworthy. Login on this app works 1/3 of the time and overall this app barely works. ### 2/5 — Bank is good, app is really bad *2026-05-04* Half the time if you try to log in the app just won’t let you. Face ID doesn’t log you in ever. Most of the time it displays an accurate description of my account but sometimes it will let charges accumulate for a few days before showing them. ### 2/5 — Great app *2020-12-09, version 20.2.50* Loved it untill suddenly one day it stopped working. It now has a pop up that says it does not support my device because it's rooted or jailbroken?
