It is constantly crashing and is always extremely difficult to view. At the moment, the app has been crashed for a week and I am forced to text my manager to inquire when my shifts are. Every time I go to log in it won’t let me! I’ll change my password and then when I go to log in it doesn’t let me! Why does this app insist on logging me out every time I close it? I never asked for that! It’s really annoying because this is the app my company has chosen to mange time off and scheduling. However I can never access it when I need to! I keep having to email HR to send me a new link to log in. When I click on it and I reset my password it will log me in initially, just to log me out as soon as I exit the app. When I try to reset my password it says my username can’t be found. WHAT DO YOU MEAN IT CANT BE FOUND?! It’s the same username I’ve always had. Every time I get logged out it tells me to contact the appropriate personnel to reset my password! Seriously?! I shouldn’t have to contact HR every time I get logged out of this app. Why aren’t I being asked security questions to log back in?! Guess I’ll have to continue annoying my boss, by sending them emails to request off, since I can never use this app! You guys really need to fix your glitches!
