I wonder if the programmer ever sat down with a user to find out to make it useful. I cannot recommend it except if you are desperate. ### 3/5 — TURN OFF SOUND! *2022-10-18, version 4.0.0* The app works well in nearly all aspects. Message users, directories, additional tiles all work well enough for our user base. However, every time you open the app, a musical tone plays alerting you that there are unread messages. This sound plays REGARDLESS if you have your phone on silent. This is annoying and frustrating. Please allow a setting change to turn this feature on or off as desired. App often doesn't open or takes HOURS to do so. This is NOT a wifi, data, or poor signal issue!! I have NEVER had this issue with ANY of the MANY other apps on my phone!!!! The frequency with which this happens is almost 1 in 5 times of attempted use, and I use it (or at least try to) a minimum of once a day. In the many years I've used apps, this is the first review I'm leaving for any of them as a result of my EXTREME frustration in how BADLY this app functions!!!! But there are still bugs. I will get a pop up saying that I have a new message but then I check messages and there is no new message. I’m always afraid I’m missing something important. Right now, the app is showing “4” on my homepage. What does that mean? I have 4 new messages, or I’m signed up for 4 activities? Neither of those are true. I have no new messages, in fact I deleted all the old messages to try to get rid of the “4” showing. I am not signed up for any activities.
