I have tried resetting the connection on the thermostat so many times and have even switched the whole system on and off to help reboot it but nothing works. It worked for a few months when I moved in and it just randomly stop working. ### 1/5 — Please fix *2026-05-19, version 0.1.32* Worked for 1 week. Then i cant connect anymore. When i was able to connect it would frequently disconnect also ### 1/5 — Cant even register *2026-05-18, version 0.1.32* I downloaded the app in the past when I was struggling to connect the thermostat to wifi. This time I am not even able to login. Tried to register through another email and tried ”forgot password” option, but then I checked the other reviews on this app. 100% 1 start reviews. A message to the developers: 5 star is best and 1 star is the worst on this 1 to 5 scale… just thought I would mention if you have been struggling to grasp the concept. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2026-05-17, version 0.1.32* Why is this even on App store? Yes it is moving fan speed but everything else worked. My building had a power outage and since then I have not been able to get the schedule feature to work through the app. Through the app I can turn on a schedule and select what type but I am unable to adjust the temperature settings. The app allows me to do it but nothing translates to the thermostat like when I originally downloaded. I have done everything to trouble shoot, restarted the app, restarted thermostat, disconnected and reconnected. I even deleted my account and created a new one and nothing works. The only way to adjust the temperate of the schedule now is through my thermostat. No device was added, and now I can't put the thermostat in any kind of setup mode to start over. IT. DOES. NOT. WORK. ### 1/5 — App stopped working *2026-07-05, version 0.1.32* The app stopped working out of the blue. Tried reset the wifi on the thermostat but still unable to reconnect. The thermostat got the wifi setting again and I can see the thermostat on my network and replying to ping but the app stuck at “Testing Communication”. Also tried remove/reinstall the app but still unable to reconnect the app. ### 1/5 — Schedule does not work *2026-07-02, version 0.1.32* Update: now similar to other reviews it just doesn’t connect. Horrible literally I would be ashamed to work in that company. I never write reviews but this guys really…. Not great but not bad al all. The home thermostat is stupid and change the temperature to humidity frequently. Even can not go to advance setting mode. I just can program from the apps. However it didn’t come with temperature /humidity function.
