Übersichtliche und praktische App für den Studienalltag. Man hat alles in einer App und findet Stundenplan, Termine, Noten, Mensa, E-Mails, Websites und wichtige Infos schnell. Die Bedienung ist einfach und übersichtlich. Wenn man ein Problem hat, reagiert der Support schnell und versucht wirklich zu helfen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Nach Absprache mit dem Support bin ich zuversichtlich, dass das Problem gelöst wird und meine Hs und Uninow an einer besseren Lösung arbeiten. [Leider bietet die App seit neustem keinen Mehrwert. Wobei früher ein frei konfigurierbarer Kalender und eine sehr gute Notenübersicht existiert haben, wurden genau die beiden Features entfernt und man wird nur an die Hochschuleigene Webseite weitergeleitet. Wenn unsere Hochschulwebseite so gut wäre, hätte ich UniNow nicht gebracht… Aufrufen kann ich diese auch selber.]

Unsere Hochschule hat uns angewiesen aus Sicherheitsgründen unser Passwort zu ändern. Das habe ich befolgt, konnte mich dann aber nicht mehr bei Uni Now anmelden. 
Ich habe eine Nachricht an der Support geschrieben und in kürzester Zeit eine Antwort erhalten, mit Schritten die ich befolgen sollte. 
Nach ca. 15 Minuten hat alles wieder wie gewohnt funktioniert.

Ich hatte ein Problem mit meinem Mail-Postfach, das nicht gleich gelöst werden konnte. Der Support hat über Wochen versucht eine Lösung zu finden, bis es dann heute endlich geklappt hat. Vielen Dank für die Beharrlichkeit und Mühe! Selten einen so engagierten und zuverlässigen Support erlebt!

Nach einer Woche konnte das Problem gelöst werden, dass ich mich, trotz richtiger Anmeldedaten nicht anmelden konnte.

### 5/5 — Leider geht der Feed seit iOS 16 nicht mehr

Seit dem Update auf iOS 16 ist der Feed nicht mehr nutzbar. Glücklicherweise gehen Mail und Co noch. Gut wäre es auch, wenn Passwörter für Moodle gespeichert werden könnten.
 Edit: Ich wollte den Hersteller über die Support-Funktion kontaktieren und kann weder etwas schreiben noch versenden. Auch kann ich mich jetzt nach Studienbeginn nicht registrieren oder anmelden (unbekannter Fehler).

Edit: Sehr schneller und freundlicher Support mit gut erklärten Schritten, wie man Ihnen am besten das Problem zukommen lässt.
Selten so einen guten Support gehabt, bei dem man das Gefühl hat, sofort Hilfe zu bekommen. Das Support-Team ist echt Gold wert und die App läuft jetzt auch wieder problemlos ☺️

Ich bin ein Fan der App, du hast alles von deiner Uni zusammen an einem Ort. Besonders gefallen mir die Features „Mensa“, wo du alle Gerichte der jetzigen und nächsten Woche (glaube auch übernächste) sehen kannst und ebenso die „Noten“ sind gut geordnet (nach Semester und Datum an dem man sie abgelegt hat). Außerdem gut ist, dass man immer eine Benachrichtigung bekommt wenn man eine neue Note erhält. Auch der Support Chat war super schnell und hilfreich als ich ein Problem hatte! :)

Ich konnte mich mit meinen Daten in der App nicht anmelden. Daraufhin schrieb ich dem Service und es wurde sich sofort um mein Anliegen gekümmert und das Problem wurde behoben, sodass ich die App nun auch nutzen kann.
