It lets me think I have money when I don’t, just cause purchases haven’t gone through. So I think the live transfer display needs to be more accurate and accounting needs to be faster. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. There are now two balances. Current Balance is the most up to date balance and take into account all pending activity. Available is what is actually available to you for use and take into account all pending activity except paper check deposits. You may be seeing a negative Available balance if you deposited a check on the same day. Paper check funds are available to you on the next business day for use. This update will enable us to allow for real-time payments in the future. If you want more explanantion of the new features, you can visit www.ubt.com/go/mobile-app. We will pass along your feedback about saving your login info, but we should also mention that Touch ID and Face ID are also newly available with this update. ### 4/5 — Great for UNL *2026-05-17* This app is great for UNL students, especially with the sign-up bonus! The savings accounts are lacking quite a bit after graduation, but I really like their current 12-month promotional “Money Market Account” that has an interest rate of 3.45%, which is the highest for non-CD accounts. I’ll likely be looking elsewhere for a long-term high-yield savings account, but otherwise this bank is solid for college. ### 2/5 — Slow *2026-04-29, version 20.22.0* Extremely slow when loading transactions or account balances. ### 2/5 — App Issues *2026-04-15* The app is alright for checking balances and transferring money, but other functions there seems to be a major hiccup. Whenever I try to use the Zelle function, the page rarely populates. This happens on both mobile and desktop. I moved around to different MiFis and tried a hardline connection to try and eliminate network issues, but I can rarely get the Zelle page to populate; it just displays a blank page. Also I keep reading on the QR function to find other Zelle users and I’m not seeing anywhere to utilize those codes.
