My husband also has the app and has the same problem at the same time. We don’t need fancy features, we just need it to work so that we can see our balance and transfer funds. Also, although we have specified English, the app sends its notifications and transaction details in Shqip. The interface is clean, simple, and easy to navigate, which makes everyday tasks like checking my balance, transferring money, and paying bills super quick. The security features also make me feel safe, with options like Face ID login and instant alerts for any activity. ### 1/5 — Terrible Terrible App! *2026-02-11* A total infringement of your personal privacy rights. The bank sneakily rolled out this app which requires facial recognition saying it is for your security. A farce! This is the worst “upgrade” in the history of banking. ### 1/5 — The worst app EVER! *2025-11-10* That's actually the worst nightmare: an app that only works if you activate every possible security feature on your phone. If you don't, it simply won't work, and you'll probably end up having to switch banks, because it's virtually impossible to complete transactions without being able to check them. On top of that, there's no longer an independent Web UI (for people like me who prefer handling transfers, payments, and statements on a laptop): to open the Web UI, you need approval for a 3-minute session from the app on your phone. When the session expires, you have to request approval again and again. Any transaction through the Web UI requires yet another approval from the app!
