Sometime difficult to find the page I am looking for . Would be great to be able to transfer money between two different banks on the app

This app is not consistent.  You get error codes for use of things like zelle and transfers, and the associates of the bank don’t know what to do with it. It is behind the times on making money moves as well. I hesitate to put more of my money here because I don’t want it held hostage when I need to use it or move it between accounts.

I do love Union Bank. The staff is personable and very kind and so very helpful to me especially during my time of need when my father passed away and I would love to give a big shout out to Miss Ivette at the Warren branch. She has truly been a godsend to me!, I would love it if they could put a note section under each payment or deposit on the checking account online so that I can remember exactly what everything was for. It will help me organize my bills so much better.Simmons Bank has this on their online checking and I use it for every deposit or withdrawal or payment.All I have to do is roll through there, and see exactly what I have paid for and what the deposits were made for so easy for me.
