I can’t even sign into the app for days now

**Developer response:** On iPhone after the app has been restored on a new device or after a device reset we sometimes see that it needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled from the app store. Also if your password expires or is changed by our support, you will need to log in from our website first to update it. Thanks.
