Charging £4 to cancel a trip is absolutely ludicrous and you should be ashamed. I guarantee the reason that fee is even there is because your drivers never show up.

First time using the app/drivers. I was waiting outside when the taxi showed up, got charged a waiting fee. Blatant way to appear cheaper and add to the bill. Seems this is a theme with these guys. Won’t be using again. Deleted app.

Only used once and never again got an estimate of just over £20 when arrived at my destination got charged £37.20 beware before you use them

Driver went to wrong B&M and said it was because it was one everyone went to even though it said on system the one in Hulme so cost more money and seemed very defensive over the reason he went the wrong way. Sticking to Uber.

I gave 2 stars for the App developers as it was easy to use. The driver was also polite and friendly. However, he told me the fare was lower than what I had already been pre charged. Plus I was charged £1 waiting time, I HAD BEEN THE ONE WAITING bit the driver he was 11 minutes late. I see other users had the same issue. So I would recommend not using this company as they cannot be trusted to charge you correctly. I tried calling to sort this out but was fobbed off. There are plenty of ho eat companies in Manchester, stick with them.

App works fine and is good, but the taxi service is terrible. Twice they let us down on pre-booked cars at the very last minute. Had to revert to using Uber.

With Uber just being utterly unreliable & hate their 30% cut off drivers really enjoying this App so far.

The ability to pre book without lunatic higher pricing that Uber does is great.

Great simple app that works well, and driver always on time :)
