It’s not fair that customers are required to pay multiple extra charges, including service fees and the newly introduced water fee. There seems to be a lot of creativity when it comes to adding new fees and increasing revenue, but very little effort put into improving the customer experience or creating value for customers. Customer feedback does not appear to be listened to, and there is a noticeable lack of improvement despite ongoing concerns. When I moved to mirdif, the selections and variety have been really bad. But recently, it has just stopped working entirely. I placed an order one night and was surprised to find that because the app was not able to find my user, my order was not even logged. I get that this regional crisis has probably put more strain on the app, but that’s what a good app should be able to handle.
