We’ve done all sorts of things to mitigate the problem without any resolutions to the issues at hand. We’ve even gone as far as canceling the App twice and rebooting it, as it works great for the initial reboot but then goes right back to the same problem. Yes, this App along with all other Apps are updated regularly so I’m not sure what the issue is. Please advise if there’s anything I can do. It’s really frustrating when trying and using the App to either get booted out and or be in the midst of a process and then being unable to complete.
