I never experienced any issues with it, until now. The interface is new but somehow looks much older, it is no longer sleek or visually appealing. Making transfers between USB accounts is now more complicated with extra steps (frequency for transfer?) than before. The biggest issue however is all of my transactions are now “pending” and my balances change frequently at all different times and on different days, they are no longer in real time. This makes it very difficult to accurately monitor my account balances. This “pending” transaction problem even caused my daughter her very first overdraft- she was livid and has contacted USB directly about it. This needs to be fixed or my family will begin banking elsewhere. Go back to transactions being recorded and deducted in real time. **Developer response:** Good morning. Fewer features. Accounts not consolidated. Checking acct statements list checks, deposits, electronic transfers all separate rather then chronological. Very disjointed. Big disappointment. ### 1/5 — Autopay *2026-05-25* I had over $10,000 leave my account in old auto payments. The full auto pay menu isn’t available on mobile app. So I couldn’t see that these were scheduled from 10 years prior. I still don’t have the money back on a closed mortgage! ### 1/5 — No thank you *2026-03-18* The new app is horrible! It takes way too long to do simple things as before the change. It is no longer a streamlined app that is easy to use but now clunky and ugly! Whoever thought someone’s feet in rugged boots was something anyone wants to see multiple times a day should be fired!
