For the last 3-4 months, I have not been able to log in to this app. I’ve updated the app, passwords, called the bank…nothing has worked. I can log in to the website but not the app. This is unbelievably annoying as the app made paying my mortgage so easy. ### 3/5 — Basic information *2025-09-10* Been using this app a couple years. Shows payment of mortgage and withdrawals for Taxes and Insurance, but doesn’t give you a breakdown PITI and running’s balances on all. In my opinion, app should work for all users and their mobiles which are smart phones. This is absurd and I cannot make payments as I like as most of the things I do on apps. I only do online banking, so was pleased to see Union Savings release an app. But there is a lot of work needed to get this app to work. If you are having troubles logging in please delete your current USB mobile app and reload the app from the App Store . The USB mobile version number you are using should be version 22.1.100.
