the pre-populate feature is causing an issue with sign in. the app doesn’t register the ***s as your username from their own pre-filled username portion or passwords using a password manager which in turn, makes the app incredibly unsafe

anyone whose had a sign in issue is likely having a similar issue

Can someone please help? For the last 3-4 months, I have not been able to log in to this app. I’ve updated the app, passwords, called the bank…nothing has worked. I can log in to the website but not the app. This is unbelievably annoying as the app made paying my mortgage so easy.

I am using Iphone 7 its IOS version is less than 15.0. 
Now I cannot use this app, as it asks me to update to latest version and when I try to do that, it says IOS 15.0 is required.
Let me ask this, are you developing apps only for latest phone users ? 
In my opinion, app should work for all users and their mobiles which are smart phones.
This is absurd and I cannot make payments as I like as most of the things I do on apps.
Fix this urgently!

I have installed, reinstalled, a number of times and called the help desk. Still doesn’t work. I only do online banking, so was pleased to see Union Savings release an app. But there is a lot of work needed to get this app to work. Hope they put the effort to fix it soon.

After my phone updated to iOS 16, the app will no longer open.  I uninstalled it, restarted my phone and reinstalled it with the same results. Hope that the developers fix this soon.

I have deleted and reinstalled the app; power-off rebooted, swiped away every app in the background, and still the app crashes before it can even start up completely… it’s just sort of a flash and gone.  Update Required!

Been using this app a couple years.  Shows payment of mortgage and withdrawals for Taxes and Insurance, but doesn’t give you a breakdown PITI and running’s balances on all. This limited information should be available to the consumer.

The USB mobile app is now working with Apple iPhone iOS 16.  If you are having troubles logging in please delete your current USB mobile app and reload the app from the App Store . The USB mobile version number you are using should be version 22.1.100.  We apologize for any inconvenience as we worked through issues with the App Store.
