Poor interface to your basic customer web account, app used to display succinct month-to-date totals for Data, Text and Call Usage…so you could keep track…but now the app won’t even do that!

It never gets done loading and won’t let you log in. App is absolutely worthless. I have never been able to log in and get really frustrated when I try

It takes forever to load. It will not open on LTE. And when it’s hooked up to WiFi, it’s hit or miss. It isn’t worth the download. Too unreliable

I’ve only been able to log in once. Now every time I open the app and log it, it gets stuck just loading. I’ve turned off and on my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app and nothing. I’m using an iPhone XR. I made sure my phone is even up to date on IOS. This app is not worth it, you’re better off logging in through just the main webpage and looking at your account. If I could give this app negative stars, I would but one star it is I guess.

Every time I try to view my useage, an error message shows up. It has been a week, so “try again later” has not worked.

It is awesome that you are trying to check your usage. Too many don’t and then end up annoyed at an unexpected bill. The fact that our app is not working for you is upsetting to us.
