You’ll have to tell them yourself what exemptions you need to claim and they’ll tell you 100 reasons why you can’t do that. They have amateurs to file your ITR - I pay rent and I provided them with rent receipts and still these goons didn’t claim HRA in my ITR filing!! Their tag line should be changed from Tax Experts to “We don’t know what we’re doing”.
