What a scam!!!!! We all waited in the boiling sun for over an hour and a half, where staff promised they would have enough stock, just for them to send everyone away because someone in admin messed up??! Feeling cheated and lied to. Do NOT trust Uniqlo anymore. Bugs happen, not the end of the world. However, not being able to report the bug is very annoying. Uniqlo, in their wisdom, have provided their privacy policy page as their developer link and admitted I didn’t read every line of the page, but a search of the page for the word ‘support’ provided 0 results. Admin Mugee was so kind and helpful going out of her way to find my item and put it on hold at the cashier until i was ready to pick it up. Beautiful trendy and stylish inter-generational clothes and accessories, excellent price point, guest designers and so much choice. The staff are excellent. All the family have pieces and love them! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ### 5/5 — Shopping Experience *2020-05-30* I recently purchased 2 clothing items at Uni Qlo and found the experience pleasant and successful. COVID 19 safety measures were handled sensitively and comprehensively at the door. Once in the store I was impressed with the wide range of clothing options and pleased that I could try the clothes before I bought them. I believe the stock incorporates excellent quality with value for money. ### 4/5 — Good but *2025-11-11, version 25.10.0* Great app overall, but it doesn’t seem to support Liquid Glass on iOS yet. It would be great to see an update that takes advantage of this feature for smoother visuals and responsiveness. Ridiculous amount of promotion notifications ### 4/5 — Wishlist not saving preferred size *2024-09-12, version 7.25.303* The app is generally pretty easy to use and navigate. I like the barcode scanning feature to help me save it on my wishlist or look up stock in other colours/sizes and other stores. I’ve found it annoying though that when you save a specific item to your wishlist, even though you select your preferred size beforehand, when you jump back to the wishlist it doesn’t show the size you prefer and just showing a size by default (eg. Women’s S or Kid’s 7-8 etc.) - wish this can be fixed. And even showing the size you want/saved when you browse through your wishlist so you don’t need to tap into that item to find out which size it is. ### 4/5 — Great shop to buy everyday casuals *2022-09-21* Love uniqlo and they have some really neat casual clothing styles. They are not over the top but very casual and yet formal enough. Clothes are nicely packaged in a interesting opening box and all wrapped up like they just came from the factory. Only downside is they use couriers please to deliver your clothes. They do provide tracking number but no time frame for the day. They would be saying the day before your parcel is coming and the next day another message to say it’s coming from the morning. It could take them anywhere from 2-6 hours to deliver that parcel once you receive the message. They have an option to leave it at the doorstep. Although I have not chosen this option and I was home the whole day. The courier still left it at my doorstep and didn’t even bother ringing the bell. Australia post is much better with delivery time frames, please switch or choose a better delivery company. ### 4/5 — Great store, new app update *2021-08-05* New app update no longer shows “coming soon” section. It was always great to see what items were up and coming. Now you can only see coming soon collaboration items.
