Stattdessen soll ich die Kleidung bei Retourenwunsch in einen Store bringen. Ich soll also 158 km nach Hamburg fahren… Ich habe jetzt trotzdem einmalig bestellt, da es sich um Modelle handelt, die wir bereits haben und nun in anderen Farben ergänzen, d.h. Il arrive régulièrement qu’on ait pas internet dans les magasins et lorsqu’on lance l’app on ne peut pas afficher son code barre de la carte fidélité à la caisse ! When I got home, I realized the size wasn’t right and also noticed that one of the sweaters had a mark on it. The very next day, I went back to the store to exchange both for a smaller size and showed the mark to the staff. The staff at first were very polite and said the exchange would be fine — I had already picked out two in the smaller size. But then a man claiming to be the manager came over, looked at the sweater for a second, and immediately accused me by saying “it wasn’t like that when you bought it.” I explained clearly that I had only bought it yesterday and hadn’t even worn it yet, but he insisted otherwise and said he could check the CCTV. After checking, he came back and said the same thing — that the mark wasn’t there when I bought it. I asked to see the footage (since I know I didn’t cause that mark), but he refused to show me and also refused to let me speak to anyone else. Even when I said I could come back later to talk to another manager, he still said no. The way he handled it was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I felt disrespected and honestly shocked at how poorly I was treated over an item worth less than £20. In the end, I just asked for a refund for the other sweater and left the marked one there because I didn’t want to argue anymore. I’ve always liked UNIQLO, but this experience was unacceptable. The manager’s attitude and lack of respect for customers were appalling. I won’t be shopping at UNIQLO ever again ### 1/5 — Us date format *2025-10-17, version 25.6.4* They use the US date format in the app which led to in store confusion where the staff refused to acknowledge a valid coupon because it expired when it was in fact valid for another month, as confirmed by support.
