All it says is “Waiting for details”. I also dont understand why uniqso uses a whole other app to track orders instead of its own, ans the app doesnt even work. Its been well over 20 days and Im still waiting for my order, it would be nice to check up on it and see any updates on the tracking but unfortunately I cannot do that. ### 2/5 — Shipping updates are so vague! *2025-10-23, version 10.2* I’m aware that its a 15-20 day processing and shipping time, but typically you get to hear from where your package is being processed at to and from. Say a package is shipped from Taiwan- UPDATE where the package is! Example: Taiwan to Tokyo, Tokyo to Florida, Florida to my state…. It’s nerve wracking to not only wait so long, but have no effort on their side to provide me actual updates of its TRACKING. The app becomes useless if I can’t do that. ### 2/5 — Home Screen won’t go past Ad *2022-01-11, version 4.4* I open the app and an ad for “sweety Akaten” takes up the whole page, and has no x to hit yo close it. I tried leaving it open for a minute, no luck. I tried restarting my phone, no luck. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice with no luck either. This is really unfortunate, I love Uniqso and shop there all the time, I hoped the app would make it easier. Unfortunately not :/ ### 1/5 — Poor handling *2021-04-01, version 3.8* I spent over $80 on two pairs of contact lenses one of the the sasuke mangekyo sharingan and the other sclera lenses rinnegan and I received one ripped rinnegan and they still haven’t gotten back to me ### 2/5 — No point in app *2020-07-20, version 3.2* Great company, love the contacts, but using the app will just send you to the website at every turn so you might as well just use the website. If you’re an affiliate, there’s no way to look at your referrals from the app, or see any points accumulated. On the customer side of things, you also can’t directly check what you ordered in the orders, it just sends you to the shipping confirmation.... on the website. Just use the website, there’s no real point to this app. ### 3/5 — Some pros, some cons *2019-11-29, version 3* The eye contacts i get from there are amazing and i bought some just recently that are one their way, but this app could use a lot of work. First off, itd be really nice to see the reviews on each item like in the website, its also pretty laggy and theres also quite a few eye contacts that dont really have enough pictures with them so it makes it hard for me to want to buy them. For some that are missing said pictures itd he nice to see some models wear the eye contacts and such. And I’ve tried to reach out to the company and no one reached out to me. ### 1/5 — Unprofessional. *2024-03-16, version 7.7* This is the second time Uniqso has Lost my package, either bc they didn’t write my address or something. Costumer support have been very unprofessional, ignoring me and then sending spam emails of them asking me to review their store. They’ve made NO effort to help or even offer me a refund after days and days of asking. I have proof my address was there, pretty sure y’all just lost my package and won’t refund me. Feels like a scam at this point. Very unsatisfied and disappointed. ### 1/5 — Cant even login to my account- *2022-09-19, version 5.5* I can’t login to my account since I used my google account, and uhm… it doesn’t give ya the option to login thru any other media accounts. It just asks for a username n password, which I don’t have since I used my google to login :’> ### 1/5 — The app itself is okay it’s their customer service that needs work *2022-01-26, version 4.7* Their app is full of pop ups of their own promotions so that can get annoying, but other than that it works fine. It’s the company itself that has a problem. I ordered 3 pairs of contacts and for some reason they sent them in 3 separate packages— probably because they’re not all coming from the same place but I digress. When one of the packages—which, at the time I thought would have all of the contacts in it— was marked as delivered, I found that it only contained one pair. There was no invoice label to even suggest it came from any facility. When I contacted the company about this, their response was quite literally “well did you check your mailbox?”. Like yes, I checked my mailbox. How else do you think I found out I’m 2 contacts short of my almost $50 order. We emailed back and forth and they just kept sending me tracking links like that’s going to help me. Come to find out, because they sent them in 3 separate packaging, one was delivered to the same city name BUT in a different state. The standard shipping is 15-20 working days after fulfillment. Today is the 30th. I understand that it’s technically not 15-20 working days considering the weekends. However, I signed up for all their tracking features and I haven’t got ANY feedback, Not even if it’s been stored in a warehouse, or where it’s being shipped FROM. I looked at the reviews before even buying, and I still went through with it. Mainly because when I did my research, this website was one of the top places to get eye contacts. I’ll be writing a second review of a higher rating if it comes in, but until then. Consider this review as somebody who ordered their product and never got it. That is… after it’s officially been over 20 working days. Hope this helps! (Edit: I got the item 2 days later. I’ve been buying from them since 2019 and are still my fav. Be careful when buying, make sure to read carefully sometimes it’s only ONE LENS and not two lens (one lens eye vs a pair for both eyes). I’m so glad that I did! The lenses are affordable, getting them shipped was super easy and they’re really comfortable! I have a really rich brown iris, so while I was optimistic about the color saturation, I was skeptical that the lenses would be able to show over my irises as I’ve had that issue in the past… Nope! The greens I got are vibrant; the blues I got are turbulent; and the pinks I got are bright and, aside from the hole for the pupil, my irises are invisible! I got the lenses that are approved for a year of wear so that I can wear them periodically throughout the year. The descriptions for each lens has notes in them on if vision will be impaired and you can select powers in the lenses if you do need some vision correction (be careful though because the lenses only have + power starting at +1.00, but no -).
