## What is Unique Daily Affirmations?

Unique Daily Affirmations is a free creative affirmation tool that helps you succeed in your endeavors, bring you out from under the clouds, and make positive changes in your life. Through uplifting statements and quotes, you'll believe in yourself with these one-a-day affirmations for daily motivation.

Hold down the large gray button to reveal your daily affirmation and effectively use the app by repeating the statement out loud.  Saying the affirmation in front of a mirror is even better. It's been scientifically proven that the more stimuli your mind has, the more your mind will retain the information.  By vocalizing in front of a mirror, you stimulate sight and sound.  Envision your personal success.

Let these positive declarations become truth in your subconscious mind as you think about it throughout the day.

Excellent affirmations
This app provides excellent affirmations to start your day. Every day a new affirmation is generated in which you can use and apply it to your life. I have been using it for a couple of months and it definitely helps start my day to a positive start. I highly recommend it!!

Highly recommend this app. - I love this app. The affirmation statements are great and not convoluted. I love the hold button and the slow revealing of the affirmation. Gives you that moment to slow your mind and focus on the moment and truly take in the affirmation.

INSTRUCTIONS
Press and hold the large gray button to reveal today's affirmation.

Tap the bottom left icon for options on sharing, saving or skipping the affirmation.  You can SHARE, SAVE, or VIEW the affirmation.

When viewing your list of Favorite affirmations you can swipe left to delete an affirmation.  Tapping on a specific affirmation will let you view it.

To add your own affirmations, tap on the bottom left icon then tap on "Add Your Own".  Any affirmation you add will appear in your favorites list.

To record yourself saying an affirmation, tap the top right REC icon and then on the red button to start recording.  You can save one recording per affirmation.

To add your own backgrounds, tap on the bottom right icon,  then tap on "My Backgrounds".  Any background here will appear in one of your daily affirmations unless you set one as your current.

ALL ACCESS
When you subscribe to "All Access":
 - Ads are removed (even if you decide to cancel)
 - Set up email notifications of your favorites
 - No limits* on Phone Alerts
 - No limits on the number of recordings
 - No limits on the number of backgrounds
 - Set the daily affirmation as a Phone Alert
 - Set a background and font for each favorite

* Notifications are limited to device limits.

“All Access” is a monthly subscription that automatically renews at the same cost as the first month.  Payment is charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
