Constant fail. How the app indicates good or bad change doesn't work correctly when an older measurement is compared to newer measurement. There are a bunch of places on the report that have percentages over 100% and 200%. I submitted a question on that since I can’t find documentation on what they are percentages of. I got no response. I tried contacting them through the website and there is no English site. That’s some of my experience so far. Would I recommend the scale? The Herz P1 has a lengthy order fulfillment lead time but was well worth the wait and you will wait. The app is incredibly poor and frustrating for logging food. Not easy to upload new items, when you create a new item you cannot relocate it, doesn’t accurately reflect your calorie intake settings and have to re enter at each app use. Also you cannot adjust measurement metric (everything is set at /100g). Loved the idea this was going to be integrated with the scale and weight tracking, but a major let down ### 5/5 — Game changer *2026-05-16, version 3.6.2* I was on keto for months with sporadic results on my old scale going up and down. I almost gave up until I got the hertz P1. I discovered my body fat was going down and I was gaining muscle. I stuck with it and 3 months on I have lost 7kg of body fat. All of the graphs that I used to use to look at body fat percent, muscle mass, etc. are all gone. It is convoluted now and just horrible. Please change back and listen to customer base. ### 1/5 — Diet Dashboard Buggy *2026-06-15, version 3.6.3* The diet dashboard is buggy at best. It shows no data on the Diet Dashboard tab. Selecting Diet again does show some data. When adding food it often puts it on wrong date. The very first day everything connected via Bluetooth perfectly. Since the first day I have owned it, I cannot get the Bluetooth to connect at all. I effectively have a very expensive regular scale. I am highly impressed with the results of the scale turns to and a match pretty well with my physical health and previous lab and medical test. It’s not on the level of a commercial Dexascan, but you can’t beat it for the price. Just like AI tools everyone is using, it can go astray., If you get a strange reading, just ignore it.
