I really love my local Unique Photo store but trying to use this app has become painful. I would love to just place some orders through the app but it seems like the company/developers have just given up on it even functioning at this point. It just loads to a white screen with a loading circle for about 30seconds and then it’s a barren desert. Nothing loads or works. I can’t even see my lab scans in my account anymore. Someone fix this mess.

The website works beautifully, the app unfortunately does not. It is slow to load (sometimes does not load at all). It does not recognize my previous & current purchased classes. Hopefully they cam fix this soon since its already been weeks with issues.

App no longer works on IPad only IPhone.Very disappointing!!

The app works as well as the website, but suffers the same defects. Namely, the search function is horrible. Filtering for Fujifilm mirrorless cameras returns just the  x-t30 and x-t3 cameras. But if you search for Fujifilm x-t4, it does show up. Searching for lenses returns similar types of results — and often prioritizes random accessories before showing you the actual lens. 

Great physical store with knowledgeable staff, poor digital presence.

Since the recent update I can no longer open the app.

**Developer response:** Are you using the test flight version? Beta testers received notice that they need to delete the app between installs. But standard app users don’t need to. Please

Please delete the app and reinstall from the App Store.
