Need Neonate functionality

App good so far. Needs to be able to account for ages less than 1 year and to log modifier for weight less than 4 kg ( Modifier 63). Seems like an SSR replacement. How does UNIRA get paid for this service? Subscription?

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback. You’re absolutely right, we need to better support pediatric surgery workflows. We’ll be adding those capabilities to ensure UNIRA works seamlessly across subspecialties. And yes, UNIRA is designed to serve as a modern, surgeon-owned alternative to the SSR. While at the same time, expanding far beyond simple case logging. UNIRA will transition to a monthly subscription model in an upcoming update. Our goal is to build a sustainable, continuously improving platform that remains independent and surgeon-first. Your data will always stay yours. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share this input.

Major Improvement

There have been a lot of updates and improvements with case logging. Easy to find and log procedures. The search function is being improved to work with key words. Creates a unique code for each case to maintain patient HPI. I have no issues with syncing my cases and having my ACGME report updated. The developer has also been very receptive to feedback and timely in fixing any issues.

Best app for case logging

What an amazing app! UNIRA completely changed the way I log cases for the better. The process used to be so burdensome and time consuming; now I log my cases efficiently on the go in seconds. Syncs easily with the ACGME portal and keeps track of graduation requirements. Plus tech support and customer service have been excellent. Highly recommend!!

Major bug issues

App will continuously crash and will not allow me to log cases.
