App good so far. Needs to be able to account for ages less than 1 year and to log modifier for weight less than 4 kg ( Modifier 63). Seems like an SSR replacement. How does UNIRA get paid for this service? Subscription?

There have been a lot of updates and improvements with case logging. Easy to find and log procedures. The search function is being improved to work with key words. Creates a unique code for each case to maintain patient HPI. I have no issues with syncing my cases and having my ACGME report updated. The developer has also been very receptive to feedback and timely in fixing any issues.

What an amazing app! UNIRA completely changed the way I log cases for the better. The process used to be so burdensome and time consuming; now I log my cases efficiently on the go in seconds. Syncs easily with the ACGME portal and keeps track of graduation requirements. Plus tech support and customer service have been excellent. Highly recommend!!

I have been using this app to log cases since the beginning and it has significantly lessened the hassle of logging cases. The app continues to evolve to make it more efficient and easier to use and anytime I have had an issue I have been able to get it quickly resolved by the UNIRA team.

This works ok for logging cases but will not sync new cases that I have logged in acgme system despite repeatedly trying to provide my credentials. Was also slow to sync to acgme. Will be a nice app once these issues are fixed.

Easier case imports. On the Import Cases screen, tap "How to format your file" for a ready-made template, a filled-in example, and quick tips. Fill in only the columns you have (just a CPT code and case date are required) and upload, and your columns are matched automatically.

• Tag your favorite codes. Star the CPTs and diagnoses you use most for one-tap access. Every code picker now has Most Used and Favorites tabs, so your go-to codes are always right there.

More patient detail on every case. Add patient name, comorbidities, and clinical context right from the case submission and edit screens.

Set your own primary procedure. Tap the Primary toggle next to any CPT to mark it yourself, instead of defaulting to the first one added. (Billing RVU is still figured highest to lowest.)

AI case logging is now an opt-in Beta. Chat stays on the proven Stable path by default. Switch the header pill to Beta anytime to try logging cases by talking to the AI.

Bug fixes
Pro access now stays active after you sign out and back in. Your access is restored. You were never charged twice, and a double charge isn't possible.

• Fixed facility search to show the hospital name you'd actually recognize. Hospitals were sometimes listed only under their parent organization (like "South Broward Hospital District"), making it hard to tell you'd picked the right one. Search now leads with the recognizable name, e.g. "Memorial Hospital Pembroke (South Broward Hospital District)"
