Super disappointing. ### 1/5 — Email problem *2020-06-06, version 3.2.4* Should rate it even less than one. Re-downloaded the app because of the email problem BUT IT COMES WITH EVEN MORE PROBLEMS. To check emails, it actually redirects you to your web browser and prompts you to log in AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN! the point of downloading the app is to stay logged in and actually access your emails THROUGH THE APP. If i wanted to check my emails online, I WOULDNT DOWNLOAD THE APP. Fix this! Sad we dont have a competing app that would get this app on their toes! ### 1/5 — Yikes *2020-06-04, version 3.2.4* A pile of junk. Nothing useful about it. Now I’m permanently signed out for some reason and can’t get back in. Not sad though since even before Corona, the only useful thing was being able to see which room I had to go too for lectures/tutorials. For me the most important function of the app is to check my uni emails. ### 1/5 — Signed me out and won’t let me sign back in *2020-05-11, version 3.2.3* The app has been bad with it not showing emails properly and it being hard to scroll, but now the apps decided to sign me out and I can’t sign myself back in. I enter my user name and password but the ‘log in’ button is completely useless because it doesn’t even do anything. I press it so many times but nothing is loading or changing. This app is important to have as a student and it’s never even functioning properly half the time. Would appreciate better programming from such an ‘esteemed’ University. ### 2/5 — Email scrolling *2020-05-06, version 3.2.3* New update doesn’t let you scroll through an email you have opened so I only get to see half the message ### 1/5 — Doesn’t even load *2020-03-18, version 3.2.3* The university wants us to use the app and as soon as I enter my details it prompts me to enter a pin then crashes. Haven’t been able to use it in a year ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2020-03-01, version 3.2.3* Says API error ### 2/5 — Unreliable (but needed!) *2020-02-24, version 3.2.3* It has a good foundation but is extremely unreliable. Currently it crashes when I enter my passcode so I can’t even access the app. If the app it’s too regularly maintained, updated and supported I don’t feel as though there is much use of it. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2020-01-23, version 3.2.3* Literally crashes every time I put the pin in and auto closes ### 1/5 — Sad *2019-08-24, version 3.2.2* Before the latest update I had a fully functional uni app that allowed me to check my timetable on the go. I entered my username and password. It showed an message API ERROR encountered. Please try again later. This situation has been happened for weeks. I can't access my app for more than a months now. This is so inconvenient. Then it just decided to lock me out. It will no longer open. And I have no idea why! Unfortunately, recently the timetable feature no longer works.
