The customization options are great, the attacks in game are satisfying, and it's fun picking a strategy. But, as my title suggests, it's not easy to progress the game. If you're planning to play as a F2P, it might take years to be on a scale you're satisfied with. You'll have to refrain from spawning until you know FOR SURE that you'll get the gear you want, and that usually costs around 1k gems (which takes a long while to get). Stay away from this game if you don't think you're patient enough. ### 3/5 — We need more love for free players *2026-06-18, version 2.14.6* Edit** why did the font change? It’s harder to read and some of UI is def not designed around it so it looks weird. Unison league overall is a really fun game and I definitely recommend that anyone who wants to try it should. However, after playing this game for a couple years I’ve notice some major errors in the game. One being the gems, used for getting items in the game, are very difficult to obtain and come in a highly limited amounts. As gems are the most important form of “currency” in this game you would expect many chances to obtain them, well in actuality you can only obtain them one by one through quests and the spawns that gems are used for take usually 30 gems. Second are the spawns themselves. At first glance they seem appealing especially step ups or box spawns, but when you really look into spawn rates and the total gems a step up costs, you find slim chances and steep prices. This is extremely unfair towards free players who have to gain gems through grinding and practically force others to pay for gems in order to spawn. Ateam needs to jump on this soon since it ruins the unison league experience, especially for late game players. ### 3/5 — Increase the game rating? *2026-05-29, version 2.14.5* There are rarely ever guaranteed pulls on this Gacha system. It’s literally throw enough gems to gather RNG amounts of medals and use them to exchange for gears. Sometimes, there are no medals and still no guarantee for desired items. Not to mention the characters have less clothes and are incredibly suggestive than when the game released. At one point there was just a giant naked woman with moss covering her important areas :/ Increase the age rating. This is not 12+ anymore. BUT for some reason the game is glitching like crazy and I’m not even in the game . I’d open the game and I’m able to press the “start game” button but then when it asks me to download more aspects, it won’t allow to press any button?? I’m not sure exactly what’s happening and I don’t really wanna delete the app because apparently it’s not linked to an account even though I tried and wouldn’t allow me. ### 2/5 — Game broke *2026-04-28, version 2.14.3* I like playing this game and all but recently i tried playing the the game’s touch controls r miscalibrated and the aspect ratio isnt working. I cant even view the whole game, i thought it was my settings but nothing i tried works. I go to view the eula in game, suddenly the game it touch calibrated properly and viewing properly, i leave the eula and the problem is back. I cant access my in game keyboard or menu while battling cause of the touch screen problem. Im on an iphone 17 pro max. Please update a fix for this T^T ### 3/5 — Fun, but really getting on my nerves. *2026-04-28, version 2.14.3* I’ve been playing since the game came out, and it’s been one of my favorite games played. What irks me is that the interface still does not fill up the iPhone screen. To make matters worse, whatever was done in the new update has totally messed up the placement of the game on my screen, and now when I tap, it’s off by about a centimeter upwards. Can’t even see the whole game layout now. Would really like to see a gear sorting option by prestige obtained on quests. Kind of annoying to go through most of my gear and hope I clicked the right ones for the multiplier. The update that you did for that game completely destroyed it for any android and iPhone users. Because now the buttons and where we have to tap to get into the game are completely offputting to the fact that they are so bad that you can’t even click the right things properly because you misplaced everything everything only works on a tablet or an iPad you stretched out the Unison League game and the screen so much on the mobile devices that the game literally does not work and does not operate properly and legs so bad on mobile devices that it’s physically impossible to play the game properly because it cuts off more than half of the screen, that is why I’m giving you a one star also because you have no flipping support for anything so no one can ever get in contact with you. No wonder your game is going under. Fix this or suffer the fact that you’re gonna lose a lot of customers and I mean pretty much 90%. ### 1/5 — Sexism *2026-03-31, version 2.14.1* This game back in 2015 used to have the girl mons look normal. Now these days, EVERY female monster is sexualized and wearing revealing clothing or in revealing poses. While the male monsters always look completely normal. Like wtf… Its so sick and I’m so tired. Every female mon that comes out, you can tell they try SO hard to sexualize it in a new way. The artists are scummy and not someone to respect, I miss old unison league. Girls play this game too, its so sexist to see and experience. The creators have no empathy to put themselves in women shoes and imagine a game they like to play, but where the male monsters are constantly almost naked and showing bulge. You get sick of it!!! It should be illegal to be honest. We’re all sick of it at this point. Its soooooo pushed in your face. Like absolutely disgusting trash. 🤢🤮🤮🤮 ### 1/5 — pay 2 win *2026-03-15, version 2.14.0* to be good at this game u gotta spend money. even if you know exactly what ur doing in the game its hard to get everything you need without spending money. and it’s super hard to get any in-game currency even if you grind. the powercreep is terrible. you can have the meta (best at the time) items one day and within the next year they’re not gonna be meta anymore and ur gonna need to spend even more money to get the gear that’s good. it’s impossible to stay decent at the game without money. ### 1/5 — Too many magic based items *2026-02-28, version 2.13.9* There are too many magic based items which makes It so much easier for people who use mages which is unfair the mage classes should be nerfed a better way to get more proficiency new story quest it’s kinda sad how all the best players are all the people who spend way too much money which is just sad another thing try to synchronize the global and Japanese version together so global players don’t be left behind and will have more content to do because once you do everything you really don’t have nothing to do and if you spend a unhealthy amount of money then the game will just be too easy and boring I’m a f2p player and I’m slowly trying to improve and beat the events I couldn’t before but all the top rank players can just beat everything which isn’t really fun when you match with one of them in a quest make a event that even the top rank players can’t beat or nerf the equipment/monsters that is commonly seen among the top rank players. Part 2 late game getting stronger is much harder if you’re f2p and the new higher difficulty events that get added require certain items from the latest spawn which can be challenging if you don’t get good RNG updates to the story and other features can take a while since the jp and Global version of the game aren’t synced so certain collobs and updates that already appeared in the Jp version aren’t going to come out to the global version for quite a while then if you have a linked account and decide to delete your under I personally think that you shouldn’t lose all your progress I think your account should be deactivated and after 2 weeks the account will be permanently deleted so if people want to come back to play account then they can without starting over my opinion it’s not as bad but things can definitely get boring after a while. P.s. make it easier to fully awaken the xeno gear and give us a increase to ap like 2000 or something. Is the game servers having issues because I can’t enter the game even though I’m connected to the internet so why can’t I enter the game even after deleting and reinstalling it the problem still remains. With the newest update new 45 cost items are now in the game to be maxed out by players who spend money and even more f2p struggles to add to the list and most likely the enemies in the game will get so strong that only players that spend money will be able to beat them I highly recommend to not play this game unless you want to play as certain classes that completely break the game and all forms of content in game those classes being mage archer and lancer you focus on the attack stats(both if playing archer)which leads you to doing so much damage that nothing chill be able to stop you plus it takes a while for any real big update to happen so you’ll be waiting until new stuff gets released really powerful items can only be gotten by players who spends the most money which allows those players to get scrolls that can only be gotten during a collab so f2p are screwed over on that as well the game has become a place where people will do roleplays and usually it almost always lead to becoming a sexual one there’s also plenty of people who are really rude towards other players getting stronger isn’t as exciting as it was before and lastly it isn’t really that fun and the developers don’t do a good job at listening to the players and apply changes that will help the players though out the game. P.s. remove the bulletin board because it also a lot of inappropriate stuff and a lot of slurs from people and a lot of fights so removing it will please everyone.
