Crashes at random intervals.  Not keeping up with iOS updates.  More PITA than its worth.

Easy to use and full of useful creatures from simple billing to a great communication tool between hospitals and multiple partners. 
I’ve been using it for years and don’t know how I could work without it. 
Never lose charges!
