Can’t even register. Can’t submit for help through the form. Awful. ### 5/5 — Faster easy helpful *2023-06-28* Today I use the app for the first time I saw the ratings. I was concerned after using the app I can see that it’s faster. Accurate. Lots of helpful items very well designed logical highly recommended. I’m so happy I download it. ### 5/5 — Best to date *2022-10-01, version 3.0.3* 5 years faithful and hats off to the developer of this app. I’m not going to update this app when a update comes around because you can’t beat perfect. What use to be 3-4 days out for an update of home use it’s now just 24 hours. I mean anything better than that would be real time use. And that’s not really needed. Call me an electric freak but this app is the best!! On another note I was gone for 2 weeks and I could check on my demand during hot weather and it was comforting to know the house was being at a level while I was away. This is also good to know in advance if the power was out for minutes or hours. A++ ### 3/5 — Password problems *2022-02-09* The app has been fine until last few months. The app doesn’t seem to recognize Apple’s keychain input for my email and password. I’m told the password field is blank when it clearly isn’t. When I manually input my very long password I’m told it doesn’t match my email. Probably my bad but I have no way of checking my input. So maybe it’s me and should just change my password … except when I sign on through a browser everything works beautifully. I don’t think UES has an app support group. The only way for me to report a problem is to leave a review. ### 1/5 — Frustrated! *2021-07-23* This new update doesn’t let me view my bills. I went paperless now I’m going to have to go back to paper bills. Ugh! ### 1/5 — Latest update broke app *2021-05-26* Now I can’t log in anymore it just says The Password Field should not be blank. I contacted them to let them know the login wasn’t working anymore and they wanted me to troubleshoot it for them LoL! I recommended they contact their developer… ### 3/5 — Latest Update *2020-07-17* The top right login icon is too far up in the screen and won’t let me access. ### 5/5 — Just gets better and better *2019-06-27* Still top 5 apps that is great for home. Great improvements over the months and very detailed now on peak, off peak, month, day and hour. Everything needed to inform of usage and keeping the mind alert on electricity usage. Billing info is great too!!! OK, just 2 things on my wish list. 1. Day listing in posted under date: Wednesday or Wed or W for example. 2. Gaps in posting data, real time would be great but if that can’t be obtained 24 hours maximum.
