Call transfer
Transfer a call to any of your co-workers with a single click. Know who’s available and who’s not before transferring the call.

Shared contacts
Create and share contacts with your co-workers so everyone has full access to business contacts, such as suppliers. Integrate your mobile phone contacts for optimized accessibility.

Call recording
Receive call recordings via e-mail to improve training co-workers, optimize customer service and to confirm business deals.

Multiple phone numbers
Unite Phone app allows you to choose the preferred phone number to use for outbound calls. You will find the numbers available to use in your dialer.

Status Colleagues
See which colleagues are available for calling and who’s not.

App requirements:
- An internet connection to work (3G, 4G, 5G or Wifi)
- A valid username and password of the SIP account
- Connection to VoIP service. You can find the list suppliers on the Unite Phone website
