Unfortunately they don’t follow through on those rewards. I traded in my points for a shirt for my fave artist and they went silent on me, I’ve never received said shirt. Really disappointed. Couldn’t log in for days and now my account seems to be gone! Glitches throughout and issues with uploading videos, using music, and even just keeping the app open. But I can’t even figure out how to earn rewards or easily find my karma score. I go to my karma and it shows other artists’ karma?? What does their karma even mean? I only can find mine if I click on a reward to see my balance, can’t see it in my wallet. It keeps saying I’ve earned 50 karma and my karma score never updates past 78. It crashes a lot too. Every time I go to my profile it wants me to update it even though I’ve saved my info 5 times it still doesn’t save.. the user experience is just really confusing and the app is too glitchy right now. You cannot add favorite artists, only link to Spotify, so if you use a music stream service other than Spotify you’re out of luck. Using it for Groove Cruise meet and greet entries. Crashes every 2 seconds. Pop ups saying “something went wrong” when trying to enter any contest. Photo showing my karma being double what’s needed to enter contest then when it did “work” it says I have 0 karma even tho the exact same screen is showing the well over 1k karma for that DJ. It made it easy to keep my festival schedule straight. The group chat feature allowed me to connect with other festival goers which was convenient! Not to mention, I was able to stream music of my favorite artists through the app which earned me enough karma to redeem side stage viewings AND a meet and greet with an artist! I love the concept of this app and can’t wait to redeem more rewards. ### 5/5 — I love the augmented reality rewards *2022-12-14, version 3.2.11* I made a Vibe with a filter from Dirtybird and it looks awesome! I just followed Claude and got my 50 Karma needed for it so simple enough. Excited to see what other NFT rewards I can collect here for my favorite artists. Beside it being the best app for music festivals, the app is truly revolutionary by rewarding devoted fans and strengthening the community behind the artist. I won an Xbox just by listening to one of my favourites and then they made sure to keep me updated with frequent communication on my package—even dealing with and paying for customs! Plus I’m in looooove with my prize!!
