Surprised but not in a good way, while using the app there are constant freezes, this is every 10-15 mins. Mind you I am trying to do my OSHA 30 this makes taking this test almost impossible and highly frustrating.

Just wanted to get my lift training certificate for a job site. Never did get there. United charges big money for their training but can’t provide me a better resource for my certification?

I can’t get current information.  My training isn’t accurate.  And the digital certificates don’t exist

Confusing and poorly organized.  I just wanted to see my certifications.  The app sent me to unwanted web pages, had multiple server errors, logged me off twice, and generally made my goal far more difficult and complicated than necessary.  Way too many problems just to get a screen that shows what training I’ve completed.

App does not work for online training classes. Useless.

Can not load the class through the app. It just keeps displaying the loading symbol and will not get past this. This app is only useful for me to access my existing certifications, not for actually going through the online training. Will go back to 360 training for future certs.

Easy to access the courses.
But the information on the completion of the courses is not updated.
