There’s so many things that you are mandated to do in the app and the app crashes constantly. Scans don’t take. I’m confused if I’m supposed to check a bag that’s included or if I’m not. If I start to check a bag, it charges me. I checked in a bag for 50 $ and then I decided to check in a second bag for 45$. I saw when I was reviewing my bags it shows 1 bag so in details I see first bag free and then 2nd at 60$. Then it shows over size at a cost of 200.00$ which I do not have. Service, friendliness, effectiveness ve travel where I wanted to go and when they wanted to go. Globally and Nationally - made no difference - United was there for me. Did UNITED have issues from time to time -YEP! But UNITED made sure they did everything possible to make sure I was taken care of.
