App claims I’m entering wrong password and reset option isn’t working and there isn’t any online support options it sends you to their website and a phone number they is only available when they are open.

No matter how many times I reset my password, or write it down, every time I try to log in, without fail, the app tells me my username or password is incorrect. Please fix this...

i literally have to make a new user id once a week because it says it hasn’t been set up yet so my face id doesn’t work either it’s getting ridiculous that it locks me out all the time fix it i’m tempted to switch banks
