The app keeps rejecting photo deposits in spite of having written “For mobile deposit only.”  So much for AI.

I have been using the app for couple of years without a problem. Just recently, it wants me to update to IOS 15.. so I did and deleted all pics to accommodate the update, so now it wants me to update app as it works with IOS 16.. I have an iPhone 7 which is working just great but per software update it’s already updated to 15.8.2. Can’t go anywhere else! SO WHAT NOW UB TECH PEOPLE? It’s not worth buying a new phone just to accommodate your app!

This Bank has the best staff. Will to help you in any way they can. Diversity of staff is big plus that reflects our community.

It’s the best little Bank, I am looking so forward to Bentonville Branch opening.  The staff is always helpful.
