So frustrating. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — terrible *2025-11-29* i can’t even sign in because apparently i’m putting in “invalid credentials” even though i literally changed my info last week also the app itself is terrible and not modern at all ### 1/5 — Remembers me maybe 10% of the time. *2025-07-07* I constantly have to sign in from scratch, and get face recognition set up again. It was easier closing my 5 accounts and going with a bank that actually had a mobile app that worked. ### 1/5 — Huge pain *2020-12-15* The facial recognition only works for about a month then it doesn’t even try to use facial recognition. When I do log back in I have to set everything up again and fix all my settings and on the occasion that I forget my password or type it in wrong a few times I have to call just to reset my password; no way to do it online. I don’t have enough time to risk being put on hold for 30+ minutes. ### 1/5 — This app and this bank seem to be useless. *2019-11-09* I’ve been unable to log in or get my password reset in the last two weeks I cannot log in on the app or the website, I’m about to take my business elsewhere. ### 2/5 — Not so user-friendly *2025-07-19* This app has always frustrated me.
