Always says “we hit a snag” and there’s a communication failure. Every time I open the app, I get a pop-up to turn on notifications. Which they are already on, but the annoying pop-up never goes away. The barcodes for the coupons do not consistently show up when I go to redeem it. I have to close the app and reopen it and because of that I am holding up the busy lines at UDF. Sometimes, they never show up and the cashier will just adjust it on their end. If the coupon does happen to work, then I have to exit that screen, navigate to another screen for the cashier to scan my UDF card. It should be more streamlined. Either have the barcode on the same page as the coupons or work on just scanning the UDF loyalty card to redeem the coupon itself. If the coupons and Wednesday freebies were tied to the loyalty card where I could just type my number in on the card pad, I wouldn’t bother with the annoying app. ### 4/5 — Good *2025-04-03, version 42.00.05* This was a good visit. Then when I tried to go in, it kept saying my password was wrong so I had to reset my password multiple times finally let me in, but then the card that it said was an invalid card number was the one that was now registered instead of the new card that I had got now I threw that card away and do not have it and I can’t add the new card!! the freebies aren’t even even worth the hassle of dealing with this app save yourself time and money and go to speedway ### 1/5 — The advertisements playing on the gas pumps *2023-11-10* The advertisements playing on the gas pumps are very loud. When there are multiple speakers playing the same content and they are slightly out of sync it creates an echo-like sound. I felt sick to my stomach after listening to the commercials for the time it takes to fill my vehicle. Please lower the volume. We have enough advertising on our lives to not be assaulted with echoing, repetitive ads telling us to come inside.
