This one is by far the worst. Between glitches and confusing auto pay it’s been a head ache just to manage. For example, I’m currently trying to deposit a check electronically and it continues to say that feature isn’t available for my account. I have done this monthly for the last 8 months but today the app thinks there is a problem. Also, having to write electronic deposit to this specific bank on the check is silly when no other banks require that additional step. It makes me question if their banking system needs extra steps due to incompetence at the human/leadership level. ### 1/5 — Bad Review! The tools UFCU provides used to be helpful. Most businesses add features to keep customers, but UFCU's online software continues to do the opposite. I also access the online chat with a rep alot to ask questions regarding my accounts. Only downfall is no mobile app deposits of $500 or greater , it will deposit anything over the $500 several days later.
