Points are earned by exercise (and a few other activities) and more importantly by registering for (and completing) challenges. These, in my case, make exercise more fun (especially if you have a competitive personality) which can make going to the gym after a challenging day something to look forward to. ### 1/5 — Weird *2026-02-25* This app is so strange to navigate and I can’t figure out the point.. the challenges are pretty basic. It’s all manual and it doesn’t track good info like Strava did. There’s no personal feed to share/track your photos or posts. The quizzes constantly freeze and randomly assign zero points even if you’ve gotten answers correct. I hope my company moves back to Strava. I can’t even fathom why they would pick an app with such bad ratings. It’s also not just the app that is awful. The web page doesn’t work either. Whenever you click on an article a 404 error message comes up and most of the webinars and articles that do open are in French despite my selection being in the USA. **Developer response:** Hello, Thank you for your input. Our challenges are designed to be inclusive for all users. While we can't connect directly with Strava due to their policy, we do support various other apps and can link via Apple Health.
