I was introduced to United Heroes as part of a corporate fitness challenge.  Points are earned by exercise (and a few other activities) and more importantly by registering for (and completing) challenges. These, in my case, make exercise more fun (especially if you have a competitive personality) which can make going to the gym after a challenging day something to look forward to.

Why resetting password should be almost impossible ? - the steps on the website to reset password From the app or dashboard - the tab mentioned doesn’t even exist 
in the dashboard there are no button to edit and in the app there are no option says edit age or password.
Plus the support usually responds after century - the app crushes from time to time which is understandable but no quick fixes are crazy - I feel bad coz i need to keep using this app coz my company is using it 😥

I have been noticing for the last few months that the daily steps are incorrect and not updated. I thought it’s just random days but now it’s almost everyday. Especially last Sunday where I had 12,391 steps. Only 2,438 was in the app. Can you fix this bug?

Une application vraiment motivante et encore plus lorsque l’on participe à un challenge inter entreprise. Mais en revanche le calcul des points est assez hasardeux ainsi que celui des activités ! Comment expliquer 32 courses chez quelqu’un le 15 du mois ? Plus d’autres activités … Soit c’est un hyper, hyperactif, soit il s’accorde un mois sabbatique !
Le calcul du nombre de points pour une entreprise est aussi faussé par le nombre de participants. Ainsi, si un seul participant chez l’un et plusieurs chez l’autre avec beaucoup de petits scores et un major avec plus de points que la première, elle se retrouvera tout de même derrière. Dommage car cela gâche un peu la motivation.

Sur le profil est résumé le nombre d'activités effectuées en fonction du type de celles-ci: ainsi il est possible d'avoir de nombreuses activités si celles-ci sont très courtes par exemple. Il arrive que des utilisateurs.trices trackent chaque déplacement: ainsi il y a plusieurs activités par jour. Concernant les classements individuels et par équipe, en effet nous prenons en compte la moyenne des participants en compte, mais vous pouvez modifier celle à l'aide différents filtres. De plus, nous travaillons à la refonte complète de ce système pour les prochains mois, nous espérons que cela vous plaira! Bonne journée, Hugo

This app is so strange to navigate and I can’t figure out the point.. the challenges are pretty basic. It’s all manual and it doesn’t track good info like Strava did. There’s no personal feed to share/track your photos or posts. The quizzes constantly freeze and randomly assign zero points even if you’ve gotten answers correct. I hope my company moves back to Strava. I can’t even fathom why they would pick an app with such bad ratings. It’s also not just the app that is awful. The web page doesn’t work either. Whenever you click on an article a 404 error message comes up and most of the webinars and articles that do open are in French despite my selection being in the USA.

Mit dem neusten Update hat sich das Dashboard verändert und ist wahnsinnig unübersichtlich geworden. Zu viel wird angezeigt, was garnicht interessiert. Die Reihenfolge der Anzeige ist nicht logisch und man findet vor lauter Anzeigen und Wiederholungen seine eigenen tatsächlichen Erfolge nicht mehr. Das muss mit dem nächsten Update unbedingt wieder besser werden!

The app motivates me to exercise more. The weekly challenges are an incentive to collect extra points and improve your standing in the team ranking. There are regular updates. I am also very satisfied with the support. When a photo upload was not counted in the challenge, the support team rectified the error within 24 hours using the evidence submitted. 
If you take care to register before starting an activity in a challenge, the app is a lot of fun. If you forget to do this, the activity will not count towards the challenge, even though it took place on the day of registration. This is a bit annoying. Perhaps something could be improved at this point.

Une belle application facile à prendre en main et qui permet de se motiver à bouger entre collègues. Cependant, depuis quelques mises à jour, de gros problèmes à prendre en compte les activités Apple Santé. Si on ne la lance pas chaque jour, elle n’ira pas synchroniser les jours précédents, on perd tout.

Édit : Corrigé avec la dernière mise à jour. Bravo à l’équipe !
