Hard to read and navigate the small type. ### 1/5 — Hate the sept 2024 update *2024-09-12* Why did they take the transfer feature away? We used to be able to transfer funds ourselves between accounts and now the transfer option has been taken away with this latest update. This app does not and it doesn’t show the balance either. In this day and age, I should not have to call the bank branch for such an easy thing that I could take care of myself. Please fix this. ### 4/5 — It great but there this one big problem. *2017-10-30, version 17.1.106* I don’t know if this happens because of my phone being old (iPhone 5), but I often used the “Instant Balance” feature to get a quick look at my balance when I’m in a hurry. However, every time I used this feature too many time (roughly around three times in a row), when try to check my account it would not let me view it saying that there are technical difficulties. Even when I try to used the login on the app or even the website it’ll say the same thing. Now I have managed to get pass this by calling the bank and having them change the password, but I don’t want this to be an often problem for me and whoever may be having this problem too. Either fix this or remove the feature entirely. ### 5/5 — Card Management *2024-10-01, version 24.1.321* With this new updated version, I am not able to control my card.
