The Homeowner and Board App is a mobile-friendly way to interface with your community association. You will be able to make payments, view your account, and access community information all in one place. If you already have a login to your association website, you can log in to the App using the same email address and password you use for your association website. If you do not have a current login to your association site, simply click the register button and submit your information. Once your registration is approved, you will receive an email with a link to set your password and then you will be able to log in to your account directly from this app. If you already have a login and do not remember your password, click the Forgot Password link, enter your email address to request a password reset and you will receive an email with a link to set your password. I could probably finish a Zane novel before a transaction goes through. If giving less than one star was an option, I definitely would. ### 1/5 — Poorly Designed Program with Major Flaws *2024-09-04* I recently used this program, and I have to say it’s one of the least user-friendly experiences I’ve encountered. The interface lacks basic functionality that should be standard in any application. For example, I was unable to leave a simple note, but I could attach a photo. However, after selecting a photo from my gallery, there was no confirmation or option to review my selection. Worse yet, there’s no way to delete the photo once it’s attached, leaving users with no control over their input. On top of these interface issues, I was charged a late fee of $16 without receiving any notice about the company canceling their services with another companies that helps HOA payments.
