The worst part of this app is trying to login and password not recognised, resetting and no emails to reset the password. I wonder if the update is such a good idea. I will have to find another app. Sorry but doesn’t work ### 2/5 — Not all updates are good *2025-10-17, version 3.2.2* Last years version worked great. This one is constantly bugging and cutting out. Now it fails constantly. Goes around in circles for login. Trying to watch a match is an exercise in frustration. Frequent crashes are guaranteed. Many of the matches are unedited meaning you can spend forty minutes or so watching the RTÉ presenters do there mike checks and then 10 more minutes of “Your match will start shortly “ Because of the clunky streaming controls, you can’t jump ahead without causing a crash. Best of all their support staff never replies to user support tickets. Save your money! A URC subscription is worthless. ### 2/5 — Always buffering *2022-03-19, version 2.1.2* This app I thought was going to be great as was so excited to watch matches from Munster and Leinster since I live in the States. I spend most of the time (after being redirected to the URCTV), watching it buffer and my internet connection is very good and very strong. Am seriously considering not purchasing for the next season. What a disappointment! ### 1/5 — Does not work *2021-10-19, version 2.1.1* Paid for the full season haven’t been able to watch a single game. Terrible app and stream is constantly buffering. Total waste of money. Really hope a proper broadcaster picks this up next season. ### 2/5 — Too Expensive *2021-10-17, version 2.1.1* Pro14 was available on ESPN for US viewers at only a few bucks a month. Now the URC is asking for $25 a weekend (or $140 up front for the whole season). It’s unreasonable to expect fans outside of countries with active broadcasters to accept this price increase. I’ll be watching Premiership this season instead. ### 2/5 — App OK, but the live game functionality is awful *2021-10-09, version 2.1.1* The app itself is okay, but the fact that you have to redirect to a website to use the live game video player is really frustrating as the login does not work most of the time, and the video player is awful.
