I pre-booked a trip as I needed to be at point B at a certain time. No where when you pre-book does it warn you a driver may not be available. Even when checking says “en route” then says “checking for drivers”. Used Uber. ### 1/5 — Lousy *2024-06-29, version 7.15.0* It rarely connects with the drivers and forces me to call dispatch. I have stopped using it because it’s unreliable. Why can’t I get a driver through it without having to call? This is why I used the competition. ### 1/5 — Confusing app *2023-10-12, version 7.8.0* I pre booked a pickup a day before. App took payment but did not list the ride. Instead it listed onto the active ride list which initiated an immediate pick up and not the desired time the day after. Had to call the taxi company twice to confirm my ride has been properly booked. Would like to use your service through App to get the discounts. It's easy, fast and on a busy taxi day it's much faster than calling. ### 4/5 — Do not use the app for out-of-town bookings *2018-01-02, version 2.0.20* I used the app to book a taxi from Waterloo to Pearson Airport. The taxi did not show up, so I called the regular phone number. I was advised not to use the app for out-of-town bookings. It seems the app works for in-town bookings just fine. ### 3/5 — Handy but random errors *2018-09-17, version 2.0.20* While it can be very handy sometimes, I frequently get a random error after entering an address stating something like “too many queries have been submitted for this API key” and it won’t accept the address... even when completely valid and an address I had entered previously. So then I have to call and get cheated out of the $2 discount offer. Just today I tried to book and was told the address (again when ch is valid and has been used previously) was outside of the company’s service area... when I called this was not correct, they booked me a taxi by phone, but again was cheated out of the discount offer!
