I use it every day. One shortcoming is that one cannot edit a Bill Pay scheduled payment (as one can in desktop web page). Instead, app user must cancel current scheduled payment and then re-add it (with updated amount). The SMS verification for new devices is easy. A bit different than the standard "enter pin from text msg" in that you send a reply text msg back to UTF. Check deposit is a MAJOR feature, but fails about 1-2 out of 5. Compare, e.g., to Wells Fargo's app. WF automatically snaps when in focus, so no shake on tap. This app crashed 3 times after tapping 'can you see payee' & tapping look at picture. Bugs! And picture was clear! Fix it! Improve camera handling and picture reading! Every time I try to complete a remote deposit, I get an error and it kicks me out of the app completely. It usually takes about 5 or 6 re-tries for the deposit to go through. Very aggravating. I can see that the actual picture quality is excellent and very sharp as I always make sure lighting is good with no shadows and NO camera shake.... using an iPhone 10! Not sure what is going on here but the problem is definitely not on my end.
